A unique and engaging 3-hour workshop that blends Islamic teachings with modern emotional intelligence tools — specially designed for Muslim students aged 11–14.
Through Prophetic guidance and Science-backed methods, your child will gain the skills to recognise, understand, and manage core emotions: fear, anger, and happiness.
This workshop helps them build stronger social confidence, respond to challenges with empathy and wisdom, and grow into emotionally intelligent young Muslims rooted in faith and character, inshaAllah.

What we often call “bad behaviour” — outbursts, fear, shutting down, is usually a sign of something deeper: emotions that haven’t been named, understood, or guided.
This workshop helps your child:
🔹Recognise what they’re feeling
🔹Understand where it’s coming from
🔹Respond with adab, self-awareness, and faith
Because when kids learn to process what they feel, they don’t just “behave better” — they feel safer, stronger, and more connected to who they really are.
“In a time where children are growing up fast — emotionally overwhelmed, socially pressured — this workshop provides them a pause. A way to return to what’s real and re-center with faith and guidance.”

My Story
I grew up switching uniforms — government school in the morning, Madrasah in the afternoon. That taught me early how overwhelming it can be when school, identity, and faith all collide. It also showed me how often young people are left to figure things out alone — without support, without tools, just “go with the flow.”
Over the years, working with youth and families, I’ve seen a pattern: Many walk into life assuming experience alone will teach them. Get married, then learn how to be a spouse. Raise kids, then learn how to parent. Let children mix freely and hope they figure it out through friends. But children especially, can’t afford to be shaped by trial and error. They need guidance — not guesses.
The Mission
That’s exactly why I believe children need emotional tools before the world hands them responsibilities.
With Coach Asraf’s expertise in the science of emotions, and my focus on character and spiritual development, we’ve designed a program that speaks to both the heart and the mind.
This is not about fixing kids. It’s about giving them the tools to grow — with knowledge, wisdom, and faith.

My Story
Throughout my career working with youth, I've been driven by one crucial question: "What makes or breaks a child?" Having overcome my own childhood anxieties, I spent 10 years researching and testing different approaches to child development. The key discovery was simple yet powerful: Language shapes our lives profoundly. A single sentence can either empower or discourage a child.
The Mission
During my time with Ustaz Aydarus, he showed me that simply adopting the adab and akhlaq of Islam can create mental, emotional, social, and—most importantly—spiritual wellbeing. This is the missing link in many "science-based" approaches today! I'm privileged and excited to share this program, designed by Ustaz Aydarus and myself, to give your children crucial language tools to understand and navigate their emotions through Islamic teachings with a scientific understanding of how emotions work. It's an approach that has transformed my own life, and I'm excited for your children to add these tools to their toolbox!
