ISHFA’ LANA

يَارَسُولَ اللّٰه يَا يَا نَبِي يَا نَبِي
لَكَ الشَّفَاعَةْ وَهَذَا مَطْلَبِي يَا نَبِي

O Messenger of Allah, O Prophet.
You are gifted with Intercession, and this is what I seek, O Prophet.

أَنْتَ الْمُرْتَجَى يَوْمَ الزِّحَامْ
 إِشْفَعْ لَنَا يَا، يَا خَيْرَ الْأَنَامْ

You are our only hope, on the Day of gathered crowd.
Intercede for us, O Best of mankind.

إِشْفَعْ لَنَا، لَنَا لَنَا، يَا حَبِيبَنَا
لَكَ الشَّفَاعَةْ، يَا رَسُولَ اللّٰه، يَا، يَا نَبِي، يَا نَبِي

Intercede for us, O our Beloved.
You are gifted with intercession, O Messenger of Allah, O Prophet.

لُذْنَا بِكَ يَا، يَا حَبِيبُ
أَنْتَ لِلْخَلْقِ يَا، يَا طَبِيبُ

You are remedy, O Beloved one.
You are the healer to all creations.

إِشْفَعْ لَنَا، لَنَا لَنَا، يَا حَبِيبَنَا
لَكَ الشَّفَاعَةْ، يَا رَسُولَ اللّٰه، يَا، يَا نَبِي، يَا نَبِي

Intercede for us, O our Beloved.
You are gifted with intercession, O Messenger of Allah, O Prophet.

جِئْتَ لِلْبَرَايَا، بِالشَّرْعِ الْمُبِينْ
تَنْشُرُ الْهِدَايُةْ، بَيْنَ الْعَالَمِينْ

You came to creation with a clear constitution,
Spreading guidance between worlds.

إِشْفَعْ لَنَا، لَنَا لَنَا، يَا حَبِيبَنَا
لَكَ الشَّفَاعَةْ، يَا رَسُولَ اللّٰه، يَا، يَا نَبِي، يَا نَبِي

Intercede for us, O our Beloved.
