QAD TAMMAMALLAH

قَدْ تَمَّمَ اللّٰه مَقَاصِدْنَا
وَزَالْ مِنَّا جَمِيعُ الْهَمْ

Allah has fulfilled our intentions,
and removed every anxiety from us.

بِبَرْ كَةِ النُّورْ شَافِعْنَا
جُودُهْ وَفَضْلُهْ عَلَيْنَا عَمْ

By the blessing of the light of our Intercessor,
whose generosity and bounty have encompassed us.

قَدْ تَمَّمَ اللّٰه مَقَاصِدْنَا
وَزَالْ مِنَّا جَمِيعُ الْهَمْ

Allah has fulfilled our intentions,
and removed every anxiety from us.

طَابَتْ بِذِکْرِهْ مَشَارِبْنَا
وَکَمْ مِنَنْ لُّهْ عَلَيْنَا كَمْ

Our way have become sweet through mentioning Him,
and how many favours of His are upon us!

وَكَمْ تَفَضَّلْ وَكَمْ أَغْنَى
وَكَمْ تَكَرَّمْ وَكَمْ أَنْعَمْ

How much has He honoured and enriched us!
How much has He ennobled and blessed us!

قَدْ تَمَّمَ اللّٰه مَقَاصِدْنَا
وَزَالْ مِنَّا جَمِيعُ الْهَمْ

Allah has fulfilled our intentions,
and removed every anxiety from us.

ذَاوَعَدْ جَانَا بِلَا سَهْنَا
سُبْحَانْ مَوْلَايْ مَنْ أَلْهَمْ

This is a promise which has been given to us without any effort.
Glorified is my Lord who granted inspiration.

مَبْنَى الْهَوَى عِنْدَنَا مَبْنَى
بِالشَّانْ دَاخِلُهْ أَنْ يَسْلَمْ

The building of love with us is structured,
with its interior on submission.

قَدْ تَمَّمَ اللّٰه مَقَاصِدْنَا
وَزَالْ مِنَّا جَمِيعُ الْهَمْ

Allah has fulfilled our intentions,
and removed every anxiety from us.

وَلُهْ حَقِيقَهْ وَلُهْ مَعْنَى
قَلِيلْ تَلْحَقُهْ مَنْ تَرْجَمْ

It has a reality and an inner meaning;
Few are they who interpret it.

لَيْلَةْ صَفَا قَدْ صَفَتْ مَعْنَى
وَنُورُهَا بَيْنَنَا يُقْسَمْ

The night of clarity has been made pure with us,
and its light is distributed amongst us.

قَدْ تَمَّمَ اللّٰه مَقَاصِدْنَا
وَزَالْ مِنَّا جَمِيعُ الْهَمْ

Allah has fulfilled our intentions,
and removed every anxiety from us.

وَضَرْبَةُ الطَّبْل تُطْرِبْنَا
وَرَاجِيَ اللّٰه مَايُحْرَمْ

The beating of the drum moves us,
and the one with hope in Allah is not denied.

حَاشَا  إِلَهِي يُخَيِّبْنَا
وَلُهْ مَوَاهِبْ عَلَـيْنَا جَمْ

God forbid that He should ever disappoint us,
He has abundant gifts for us.

قَدْ تَمَّمَ اللّٰه مَقَاصِدْنَا
وَزَالْ مِنَّا جَمِيعُ الْهَمْ

Allah has fulfilled our intentions,
and removed every anxiety from us.

حُسْنُ الرَّجَا فِيهِ قَائِدْنَا
لِلْخَيْرِ فِی ذِهْ كَذَا فِی ثَمْ

Excellent hope in Him is our way
towards good; now and in the future.

عَسَى بِفَضْلِهْ يُعَامِلْنَا
مِنَ الْعَطَبْ وَالْغَضَبْ نَسْلَمْ

Perhaps He will treat us with His bounty,
and we will be safe from destruction and wrath.

قَدْ تَمَّمَ اللّٰه مَقَاصِدْنَا
وَزَالْ مِنَّا جَمِيعُ الْهَمْ

Allah has fulfilled our intentions,
and removed every anxiety from us.

فِی جَنَّةِ الْخُلْدِ يُدْخِلْنَا
مَعَ النَّبِی الْمُصْطَفَی الْأَکْرَمْ

In the eternal garden He will enter us,
with the noblest of Prophets, al-Musthofa.

وَعَاقِبَتْنَا تَقَعْ حُسْنَى
فِی حِينْ مَاعُمْرُنَا يُخْتَمْ

Our outcome will be good,
at the time when our lives come to an end.

قَدْ تَمَّمَ اللّٰه مَقَاصِدْنَا
وَزَالْ مِنَّا جَمِيعُ الْهَمْ

Allah has fulfilled our intentions,
and removed every anxiety from us.

صَلُّوا عَلَی مَنْ بِهِ سُدْنَا
عَلَی فَصِيحٍ كَذَا أَعْجَمْ

Send blessings upon the one by whom we ascended,
over all races, Arabs and non-Arabs.

مَا حَرَّكَ الطَّبْلْ مَنْ غَنَّى
وَنَاحْ بِالصَّوْت وَتْرَنَّمْ

May the blessings continue as long as the drum beats,
for the one who sings and calls out with the melodious voice.

قَدْ تَمَّمَ اللّٰه مَقَاصِدْنَا
وَزَالْ مِنَّا جَمِيعُ الْهَمْ

Allah has fulfilled our intentions,
and removed every anxiety from us.
