SOLAWAT BADRIYAH

صَلَاةُ اللّٰه سَلَامُ اللّٰه   عَلَى طَـهَ رَسُـولِ اللّٰه
صَلَاةُ اللّٰه سَلَامُ اللّٰه   عَلَى يَـسٓ حَبِيبِ اللّٰه

Allah’s salutations, Allah’s Peace, upon Taha, Messenger of Allah.
Allah’s salutations, Allah’s Peace, upon Yasin, Beloved of Allah.

تَوَسَّـلْنَا بِبِسْمِ اللّٰه   وَبِالْهَادِي رَسُولِ اللّٰه
وَكُـلِّ مُجَاهِدٍ لِلّٰه   بِأَهْـلِ الْبَـدْرِ يَا اللّٰه

We sought with means by the name of Allah, and by the Guide, Messenger of Allah.
And with everyone striving in God’s Way, with the Full Moon’s family, O Allah.

إِلَهِي سَلِّمِ الْأُمَّـة   مِنَ الْآفَاتِ وَالنِّقْمَة
وَمِنْ هَمٍّ وَمِنْ غُـمَّة   بِأَهْـلِ الْبَـدْرِ يَا اللّٰه

My God, grant safety to the nation, from calamities and torment.
And from all anxiety and disappointment, with the Full Moon’s family, O Allah.

إِلَهِي نَجِّنَا وَاكْشِفْ   جَمِيعَ أَذِيَّةٍ وَاصْرِفْ
مَكَائِدَ الْعِدَا وَالْطُفْ   بِأَهْلِ الْبَدْرِ يَا اللّٰه

My God, rescue us and remove all harm and repel the enemies’ plots.
And show us kindness, with the Full Moon’s family, O Allah.

إِلَهِي نَفِّسِ الْكُرَبَا   عَنِ الْعَاصِينَ وَالْعَطَبَا
وَكُلِّ بَلِيَّةٍ وَوَبَاء   بِأَهْلِ الْبَـدْرِ يَا اللّٰه

My God, relieve the distress, from the sinners and woes,
from every tribulation and plague, with the Full Moon’s family, O Allah.

صَلَاةُ اللّٰه سَلَامُ اللّٰه   عَلَى يَـسٓ حَبِيبِ اللّٰه

فَكَمْ مِنْ رَحْمَةٍ حَصَلَتْ   وَكَمْ مِنْ زَلَّةٍ فَصَلَتْ
وَكَمْ مِنْ نِعْمَةٍ وَصَلَتْ   بِأَهْـلِ الْبَـدْرِ يَا اللّٰه

Thus, how many a mercy was attained, and how many humiliations were lifted.
How many favours have been granted, with the Full Moon’s family, O Allah.

وَكَمْ أَغْنَيْـتَ ذَا الْعُمْرِ   وَكَمْ أَوْلَيْتَ ذَا الْفَقْرِ
وَكَمْ عَافَيْتَ ذَا الْوِزْرِ   بِأَهْلِ الْبَـدْرِ يَا اللّٰه

How many poor ones have You sustained? How many old ones have You cared for?
How many burdened ones have You healed? With the Full Moon’s family, O Allah.
