YA TOYBAH

يَا طَيْبَة يَا طَيْبَة   يَا ذَا وَالْعَيَانَا
اِشْتَقْنَالِكْ وَالْهَوَى نَدَانَا   وَالْهَوَى نَدَانَا

O Taibah! O Taibah! O the coolness to our eyes.
We miss you, and love has called me (to you),
and love has called me (to you).

سَيِّدِي يَا أَبَا بَكْرٍ  حُبُّكُمْ فِي الْقِيَامِ ذُخْرِى
يَا عُمَرْ إِقْضِيهِ بِعُمْرِى   وَكَذَا سَيِّدِي عُثْمَانَ

My Master, O Abu Bakar, loving you is my hope on Judgment Day.
O Umar, you served him with your life, and likewise my Master, Uthman.

يَا طَيْبَة يَا طَيْبَة   يَا ذَا وَالْعَيَانَا
اِشْتَقْنَالِكْ وَالْهَوَى نَدَانَا   وَالْهَوَى نَدَانَا

O Taibah! O Taibah! O the coolness to our eyes.
We miss you, and love has called me (to you),
and love has called me (to you).

صَاحِبَ الْقَبْضَةِ الْأَصْلِيَة   وَذَوِى الْبَهْجَةِ السَّنِيَّة
وَلَهُ الرُّتْبَةُ الْعَلِيَّة   مِنْ إِلَيْهِ بَابُ الرَّيَّانَ

The possessor of the pristine grip, and bestowed with the fullest splendor.
For him, the greatest stature. To him, the door of Rayyan.

يَا طَيْبَة يَا طَيْبَة   يَا ذَا وَالْعَيَانَا
اِشْتَقْنَالِكْ وَالْهَوَى نَدَانَا   وَالْهَوَى نَدَانَا

O Taibah! O Taibah! O the coolness to our eyes.
We miss you, and love has called me (to you),
and love has called me (to you).

يَا عَلِيَ ٱبْنَ أَبِى طَالِبْ   مِنْكُمُ ٱلْمَصْدَرُ ٱلْمَوَاهِبْ
هَلْ تُرَى هَلْ أُرَى لِحَاجِبْ  عِنْدَكُمْ أَفْضَلُ ٱلْغِلْمَانَ

O Ali son of Abi Tholib, you are the source of Divine Gift.
What are the eyes seeing? By your side, are two great young men.

يَا طَيْبَة يَا طَيْبَة   يَا ذَا وَالْعَيَانَا
اِشْتَقْنَالِكْ وَالْهَوَى نَدَانَا   وَالْهَوَى نَدَانَا

O Taibah! O Taibah! O the coolness to our eyes.
We miss you, and love has called me (to you),
and love has called me (to you).

أَسْيَدَ الْحَسَنْ وَالْحُسَيْنِ   إِلَى النَّبِيِ قُرَّةُ عَيْنِى
وَيَا شَبَابَ الْجَنَتَيْنِ   جَدُّكُمْ صَاحِبُ الْفُرْقَانَ

Our Masters, Hasan and Husayn, they are the coolness to the Prophet’s eyes.
And O the Youth of Paradise, your Grandfather is the owner of the Quran.

يَا طَيْبَة يَا طَيْبَة   يَا ذَا وَالْعَيَانَا
اِشْتَقْنَالِكْ وَالْهَوَى نَدَانَا   وَالْهَوَى نَدَانَا

O Taibah! O Taibah! O the coolness to our eyes.
We miss you, and love has called me (to you),
and love has called me (to you).

وَصَلَاةُ اللّٰهِ تَعَالَى   عَلَى مَنْ كَلَّمَ الْغَزَالَة
وَالْآلِ أَصْحَابِ الْكَمَالَ   وَالْأَصْحَابِ مَنْ عَالَوْشَانَا

And Allah’s salutation, The Exalted, be upon you who spoke to the gazelle.
And upon his family, who has attained the state of perfection,
and his companions, whom are the noble ones.

يَا طَيْبَة يَا طَيْبَة   يَا ذَا وَالْعَيَانَا
اِشْتَقْنَالِكْ وَالْهَوَى نَدَانَا   وَالْهَوَى نَدَانَا

O Taibah! O Taibah! O the coolness to our eyes.
