Supplication at the end of gathering

﷽

رَبَّنَا انْفَعْنَا بِمَا عَلَّمْتَنَا
رَبِّ عَلِّمْنَا الَّذِي يَنْفَعُنَا
رَبِّ فَقِّهْنَا وَفَقِّهْ أَهْلَنَا
وَقَرَابَاتٍ لَنَا فِي دِينِنَا
مَعَ أَهْلِ الْقُطْرِ اُنْثَـٰى وَذَكَـرْ

O Lord benefit us by that which you have taught us. O Lord teach us that which benefits us. Lord give to us understanding and to our families, and our relations, (understanding) in our religion, and the people of the region male and female.

رَبِّ وَفِّقْنَا وَوَفِّقْهُمْ لِمَا
تَرْتَضِي قَوْلًا وَفِعْلًا كَرَمَا
وَارْزُقِ الْكُلَّ حَلَالًا دَائِمَا
وَأَخِلَّاءَ أَتْقِيَاءَ عُلَمَا
نُحْظَىٰ بِالْخَيْرِ وَنُكْفَىٰ كُلَّ شَرْ

O Lord give us and them - the enabling grace to do and say, what pleases You out of Your generosity. And give all of us lawful provision always. And give us God-fearing knowledgeable friends. Grace us with goodness and protect us from all evil.

رَبَّنَا أَصْلِحْ لَنَا كُلَّ الشُّؤُون
وَأَقِرَّ بِالرِّضَا مِنْكَ الْعُيُون
وَاقْضِ عَنَّا رَبَّنَا كُلَّ الدُّيُون
قَبْلَ أَنْ تَأْتِيَنَا رُسْلُ الْمَنُون
وَاغْفِرِ اسْتُرْ أَنْتَ أَكْرَمْ مَنْ سَتَرْ

Our Lord rectify all our affairs, and grant us the joy of Your pleasure, and settle all our debts, before the angel of death and his helpers come to us, and forgive and conceal our faults, O Most Generous of concealers!

وَصَلَاةُ اللّٰهِ تَغْشَى الْمُصْطَفَى
مَنْ اِلَى الْحَقِّ دَعَانَا وَالْوَفَا
بِكِتَابٍ فِيهِ لِلنَّاسِ شِفَا
وَعَلَى الْآلِ الْكِرَامِ الشُّرَفَا
وَعَلَى الصَّحْبِ الْمَصَابِـيحِ الْغُرَرْ

And may the blessings of Allah cover the chosen one. The one who called us to the truth, with a book in which there is healing for people. And may His blessings cover his honored and noble family, and the companions, the shining torches.

اَللّٰهُمَّ اهْدِنَا بِهُدَاكَ
وَاجْعَلْنَا مِمَّنْ يُسَارِعُ فِي رِضَاكَ
وَلَا تُوَلِّنَا وَلِيًّا سِوَاكَ
وَلَا تَجْعَلْنَا مِمَّنْ خَالَفَ أَمْرَكَ وَعَصَاكَ

O Allah grant us Your guidance, and make us amongst those who hasten to seek Your pleasure, and do not entrust us to a guardian other than You, and do not make us amongst those who disobey Your commands.

وَحَسْبُنَا اللّٰهَ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيل
وَلَاحَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللّٰهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيم

Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs. There is no power and no strength save in Allah the Most High, the Most Great.

يَا رَبَّنَا اعْتَرَفْنَا، بِأَنَّنَا اقْتَرَفْنَا
وَأَنَّنَا أَسْرَفْنَا، عَلىٰ لَظَىٰ أَشْرَفْنَا

O Lord we admit
That we have committed sins
And that we have exceeded the bounds
(Such that) we are on the brink of a blazing fire

فَتُبْ عَلَيْنَا تَوْبَةْ، تَغْسِلْ لِكُلِّ حَوْبَةْ
وَاسْتُرْ لَنَا الْعَوْرَاتِ، وَآمِنِ الرَّوْعَاتِ

So turn to us with a repentance
Which washes away every wrongdoing
And conceal our faults
And calm our fears

وَاغْفِرْ لِوَالِدِينَا، رَبِّ وَمَوْلُودِينَا
وَالْأَهْلِ وَالْإِخْوَانِ، وَسَائِرِ الْخِلَّانِ

And forgive our parents
And our children
And our family and our brothers
And all our friends

وَكُلِّ ذِي مَحَبَّةْ، أَوْ جِيرَةٍ أَوْ صُحْبَةْ
وَالْمُسْلِمِينَ أَجْمَعْ، آمِينَ رَبِّى إِسْمَعْ

And all those we love
And our neighbours and companions
And all the Muslims
Amin! O Lord listen to us!

فَضْلًا وَجُودًا مَنَّا، لَا بِاكْتِسَابٍ مِنَّا
بِالْمُصْطَفَى الرَّسُولِ، نَحْظَىٰ بِكُلِّ سُولِ

Out of Your grace, Your generosity and Your favour
Not because of our own actions
Through the Messenger the chosen one
Grace us with all we ask for

صَلَّىٰ وَسَلَّمْ رَبِّى، عَلَيهِ عَدَّ الْحَبِّ
وَآلِهِ وَالصَّحْبِ، عِدَادَ طَشِّ السُّحْبِ
وَالْحَمْدُ لِلْإِلَـٰهِ، فِي الْبَدْئِ وَالتَّنَاهِي

My Lord send peace and blessings upon him
The number of every grain
And his family and companions
As much as rain falls from the clouds
And all thanks and praise be to Allah
In the beginning and the end

وَصَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ
.وَعَلٰى آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ وَسَلَّمْ
سُبْحَانَ رَبِّكَ رَبِّ الْعِـزَّةِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ
وَسَلَامٌ عَلَى الْمُرْسَلِينَ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ

And may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon our master Muhammad and upon his family and companions. Glory be to your Lord, the Lord of Majesty, from that which they attribute (unto Him). And peace be upon the Messengers and all praise is due to Allah Lord of the worlds.

فِي كُلِّ لَحْظَةٍ أَبَدَا عَدَدَ خَلْقِهِ
وَرِضٰى نَفْسِهِ وَزِنَةَ عَرْشِهِ وَمِدَادَ كَلِمَاتِهِ

In every instant forever, the number of Your creation, to Your satisfaction, the weight of Your throne, and the amount of ink of Your words.
