QUL YA AZIM

قُلْ يَا عَظِيمْ أَنْتَ الْعَظِيم   قَدْ هَمَّنَا هَمٌّ عَظِيمْ
وَكُلُّ شَيْئٍ هَمَّنَا   يَهُونُ بِاسْمِكَ يَا عَظِيمْ

Say: O Exalted One! You are The Exalted One!
We have been afflicted with a grave concern.
And every concern we are worried about,
Becomes easy with the mention of Your name, O Exalted One.

أَنْتَ الْقَدِيمُ قَدِيمٌ فِي الْأَزَلْ   أَنْتَ اللَّطِيفُ لَطِيفٌ لَمْ تَزَلْ
عَنَّا أَزِلْ مَا قَدْ نَزَلْ   مِنْ فَادِحِ الْخَطْبِ الشَّدِيدْ

You are The Pre-Existing One from pre-eternity.
You are The Subtle, with everlasting Subtleness.
Remove from us what has befallen us,
of grave and disastrous afflictions.

قُلْ يَا عَظِيمْ أَنْتَ الْعَظِيم   قَدْ هَمَّنَا هَمٌّ عَظِيمْ
وَكُلُّ شَيْئٍ هَمَّنَا   يَهُونُ بِاسْمِكَ يَا عَظِيمْ

Say: O Exalted One! You are The Exalted One!
We have been afflicted with a grave concern.
And every concern we are worried about,
Becomes easy with the mention of Your name, O Exalted One.

حَيٌّ قَدِيمُ قَدِيمٌ وَاحِدٌ   بَاقِى غَنِيُ غَنِيٌّ مَاجِدٌ
عَدْلٌ إِلَهُ إِلَهٌ وَاحِدٌ   بَرٌّ رَؤُفُ رَؤُفٌ بِالْعَبِيدْ

The Ever-Living One, The Pre-Existing One and The Loving One!
The Rich, The Wealthy and Most Glorious!
The All-Just God, The One and Only God.
God is Tender, tender with the servant.

قُلْ يَا عَظِيمْ أَنْتَ الْعَظِيم   قَدْ هَمَّنَا هَمٌّ عَظِيمْ
وَكُلُّ شَيْئٍ هَمَّنَا   يَهُونُ بِاسْمِكَ يَا عَظِيمْ

Say: O Exalted One! You are The Exalted One!
We have been afflicted with a grave concern.
And every concern we are worried about,
Becomes easy with the mention of Your name, O Exalted One.

وَلِلنَّبِي صَلِّ يَا سَلَامْ   مِنَّا صَلَاةٌ مَعْ سَلَامْ
يَوْمَ الْجَزَاءْ اِمْنَحْنَا سَلَامْ   مِمَّا نَخَافُ نَخَافُ يَا مَجِيدْ

And salutations upon the Prophet, O Allah Ya Salam!
From us, send salutations with peace.
Grant us safety on Judgement Day,
from all things we fear, O Glorious One!

قُلْ يَا عَظِيمْ أَنْتَ الْعَظِيم   قَدْ هَمَّنَا هَمٌّ عَظِيمْ
وَكُلُّ شَيْئٍ هَمَّنَا   يَهُونُ بِاسْمِكَ يَا عَظِيمْ
